If it's a tuner, it doesn't have to be an SR, so it's not bad, but the biggest problem is that it's tied to the sync destination. Clear Wing is very versatile and requires a ★4 tuner. Chamber rider can be played with a ★2 tuner, but it's not in SR, so it's hard to get out because you need something else. It can be put out, but the essential performance is too subtle.
However, since Hustle can be released from Akame, the evaluation may change again if Hustle comes.
