His Artifact is like a reliance when you have a set-go without a card to crack.
If you ss on the opponent's turn, you can destroy all of his spells and traps, and when the opponent directs, you can use his Special Summon from your hand, so you can use it as insurance.
That said, there is no bonus to end the Battle Phase, so the only way to leave this guy with average stats on the board is to rely on Achilles and Moralta.
Unlike Vegalta, which has a similar effect, this one has the advantage of breaking up to 5 cards, but like that, it doesn't make sense unless you have a lot of his artifacts in your deck.
Although it is not often seen, it is possible to adopt it in pure Artifact.

This is the way to destroy all Vegalta up to 2 cards. We also have his Special Summon effect in hand triggers, but it's honestly slow to deploy in the battle phase. If you can combo with Achilles, you can block the attack, but the RBI is about the level of a low-level attacker, so it's tough to have a status that will be destroyed in battle as it is.

③ is a 《Heavy Storm》effect (limited to you), and you can aim for a large number of his Artifacts and various effects by destroying this one. 　
④ is a special summon when attacking directly, and the effect can be connected to ③, so it is relatively easy to use.
Sounds strong to me, but
If it's activated by declaring an attack, I think that 《Catastrophe of Wicked Heart》, which can break the opponent's back, is fine. "It's possible to differentiate yourself, but I think there are more good situations here."

A card that destroys his artifact by hand effect when the set artifact is full when there is no card to split.
However, basically Vegalta that splits into two pieces is often enough, and no matter how you put it out, it will explode and destroy all of his spells and traps, so you can't turn around.
From his hand, he can Special Summon, but he has 1800/1900 strength, so I'm worried about his strength, and the destroyed AF will also become his Special Summon in the Battle Phase, so Death Scythe will be less effective, and it will ruin the opponent's field. It hurts to limit the morala that can go.
When I go on a business trip, it's quite painful to go out and it's not easy to use, so Vegalta is OK, but I think it's a card that gave some meaning to building genuine in Artifact, which gets worse the more you harden it.

Artifact with hand trigger effect appeared. Does that mean that you can choose any means to deploy on your opponent's turn? Of course, it can be deployed with Atheism and Spell Trap removal like any other of his Artifacts.

It can be triggered not only by the 4th effect, but also by divine wisdom and common effects. It will be especially powerful if a large number of deployments from this card are decided at the opponent's end.
There are some overlaps with Vegalta, but while it has the ability to destroy 3 or more cards and a hand trigger, it doesn't have a set card, so it doesn't work well.
It can also be used as a defensive card for hand triggers, but its defensive performance isn't very high, so I'd like to make use of its high level and the destruction of his Spell Trap to carry out this card's unique role.
