Comprehensive evaluation: Binding force is high, but activation conditions are troublesome.
In order to destroy 2 cards in the P zone, it is heavy unless you follow up with Pendulum Paradox.
Furthermore, it is troublesome that it cannot be activated if there is not a P monster, and the basic movement of issuing a Link Monster to secure a link destination and P summoning is not possible.
Even if you play it on your opponent's turn, it tends to be a minimal move, such as summoning 《Performapal Skull Bat Joker》to end the game, pretending to be a card accident, or P-summoning one from extras.
Link Monster It is possible to remove it, but it requires a specific card such as 《Sky Iris》.
It has a high binding power, and if you hit it during your opponent's turn, you can't Link Summon it, so it's difficult to deploy a large amount of P-summons, and you'll almost certainly be able to surpass it by one turn.

It can block Special Summons other than P summons, but even before the rule change, losing 3 board advantage cards was a big blow. Considering the weakening of P summoning, it's hard to say that the Special Summon seal is worth it. In the first place, the effect fades against P theme opponents, so it is subtle as a side member.

It is quite strong to completely seal anything other than P summons.
However, like Qliphort, he can fight without relying on Xyz or Synchro, and unless he has a Pendulum theme, the activation conditions are unexpectedly strict.
It's a pretty risky card, so I'll use it as a follow-up shot, but it's also true that there are Special Summon metas that are more versatile than this, so I'd like to think about using it.

It's a difficult card to handle. Although it has a very high cost, it has a high binding residual effect that blocks his Special Summon other than P for that turn. I can't put out an attacker class without involving X or S summons in categories such as Magician, but it doesn't hit pure Qliphort at all.

If only P monsters exist, break both Pendulum Scales to seal his Special Summons other than P summons.

The cost is heavy, but cheaper than dying. A new style that brings new features to the Pendulum Deck.
With his deck that can summon P monsters one after another, even destroyed P monsters can be revived from the extra deck.
In addition, if the opponent is his Pendulum Deck, the binding force will drop sharply, so it will be affected by the environment. Be especially careful with Magician and Qliphort.
