A monster with a rare effect in "DD" called level change
It's not a Special Summon effect, and I can't expect it to be an effect that doesn't touch the Deck, but I wonder if it will be useful for getting Rank 4 or S monsters.
However, with the "DD" card pool, you can get those cards out without using this card.
There is no reason to adopt it in the current "DD", but it is undeniable that there may be a development route that requires this card depending on the new.

The level change effect allows for flexible movement. It will be useful for Kali Yuga and Caesar.
It's just not an effect that directly takes an ad, and it's a little disappointing that you can't target yourself. Also, although there are many types, it is painful that only DD can be deployed.
In addition, with his Deck, which has a card pool as large as DD, I can play the cards I want without honestly relying on him. The deployment pattern can be expanded, though.
I think that the priority in normal DD will be low.

Level 4DD with level change effect.
You can't change your own level, but you can freely change the level of other DDs, so it's a useful effect for Synchro and Xyz.
It has a particularly good affinity with Night Howling, and you can select and summon this card from Alexander, Saifleet, and Caesar.
It is also effective as a summoning aid for Kali Yuga, which is difficult to put out.
The fact that he is a non-P monster also has the advantage that he is easy to fall into GY.
It's an excellent low-level DD for non-P, so it's a card that can be used well enough.

It's nice to be a level 4 DD, but it's very compatible with Night Howling, and if you catch it, you can flexibly deploy it to Rank 4 and DDD Synchro.
It also lowers the hurdles for high-rank DDD, so it's useful when aiming for Xyz, the founding king.

Baphomet, the purveyor of that Yugi, has become a DD. The status is also reasonable, and if you can pass through the abyss, it seems that the stacking is confirmed in DD.

Non-Pendulum level 4DD finally added.
Assist Xyz by level adjustment. Or rather, assist Kali Yuga.
Synchro is currently only Alexander, so it doesn't matter much, but depending on the new one in the future, it can be expected to play an active role there.

Baphomet changed jobs to DD.
Level 4, which can be caught from Night Howling, is enough, but it also has a level adjustment effect, and although Caesar and other level 8 DD are required, it also contributes to Kali Yuga's Xyz summons. Of course, if a new DD synchro comes, it should be useful when summoning it.
