Comprehensive evaluation: If a tuner is made into a link material one by one, although recovery can be aimed at, a meaning in particular cannot be found out.
Due to the condition that the tuner leaves the field, it is possible to recover multiple times by deploying the tuner and setting it to link 1.
However, even if you can recover 3000 or so, you can't find a way to use it.
There is no way to turn this card into a tuner and use it as a wall.

It is a follow-on type of "White Potan", and the specifications are almost the same, but all the characteristics of race, attributes, offense and defense, and effects are reversed.
I think it's just a matter of the order of appearance, but each one is the exact opposite of the image of the race and attribute.
The only difference from the specifications of the Whapo is that the conditions are relaxed when the tuner is destroyed in battle and leaves the field, but the difference in LP gain between Burn and his is about 300. I would have to say that Baan still wins.
Above all, compared to Whitepo, you can hardly feel the madness that makes the illustration a joke, and it is a pitiful card that was cut and discarded as a monster that is weak and a successor to that Poipo, but it is not interesting at all.

From the looks of it, this one seems to do some damage.
As a companion effect of White, the conditions are looser when you are away from the field, and the synergy with the tuner is slightly improved.
However, it takes time to maintain a low stat, and the LP gain feels less rewarding. After all, it's a bad card to use.

Having a tuner on the field gives you resistance to battle destruction, but if you're in attack position, it's a good punching bag, so if possible, I'd like to use Special Summon.
Also, when the Tuner leaves the field, it recovers 800, and now that Harifiber has appeared, it's easier to activate, but considering the stats of this card alone, I think it would be better to use it as a material. I don't care.

Even if it's a [Tuner], it goes without saying that it would be better to strengthen attackers such as Monolov and Deino and hit them.
It wouldn't be worth using such a punching bag just to heal 800.

Even entering the Tuner Deck will never be possible. If you're aiming for combat destruction resistance, you can add marshmallows from the beginning.
