If it is destroyed by Hellway, you can draw 2, but even if it is a DD that consumes a lot and is good at revival deployment, such a passive effect is out of the question for DD that mainly deploys at high speed.
Moreover, the activation conditions are troublesome for DD, and he has a P card, and he utilizes permanence such as Dark Contract, so it is easy for cards to remain in the field, so they are not engaged.
If I had to give an advantage, it would be that he is one of the few level 5DDs, and compared to Chevalier who is P, he is easier to go to GY, so it is easier to connect from rank 5 materials and knights to Saifuri.

Most of them don't have the strength to rebel, and it's common for them to be criticized.
The fact that it is advanced is a hindrance, and DD has a lot of permanence, so it is difficult to empty the field.
Even if you use it outside of DD, I think that the situation where this draw condition is met is pretty bad.

If you're level 4 or less and either offense or defense is 500 or less, you could use it. Conditions are too strict.
If you draw two cards with no cards and it's a Dark Contract duplication...there's no going back.
