His ATK is very high for a low class, but it's ruined by summoning sickness.
Special Summon can handle solos without summoning sickness, but there are many people who want to prioritize others, and Honest, Score, and Sonata make it easy to reinforce the battle even if it is limited to the lower ranks.
If it becomes a fusion material, the Melodious Diva can be given resistance to destruction... but the Melodious Diva is good at giving resistance with Aria Elegy, and this card is highly dependent on combos and is limited to one turn. Moreover, there is even a gap due to the chain.
It can expand the range of combos, but its strength is small, and the Melodious Diva itself isn't a deck that can be fused like that, so I think it will be a difficult card to handle.

It's a demerit attacker that can be hit immediately if it comes out with 《1st Movement Solo》, but its usage is outdated, so if you use it, the 2nd effect will be the main effect. However, since it will be chained, it doesn't hurt that you can't avoid a torrent funeral.

If you look only at ATK, it's upward compatible with Tardy Orc, but it's summoning sickness and there aren't many support cards, so
It's main job is to use it as a restraint for the first move or to re-partition from the total removal.
Even his ATK increase card, which is quite small, can be a good number, so it's easy to use for combat tricks.

If summoned on turn 1, you can force your opponent to use Extras, Spells and Traps.
Well, I don't think I'll use it for this one card.
Summon a monster that won't hang in the abyss on the next turn, and your opponent won't likely use Torrent Funeral at this time (because of the Melodious Diva's first movement caution)

Normal Summon will give you summoning sickness, but you can't use it as an attacker who can rush to the first movement.
Late effects are completely useless to Bloom Diva. Even if I put out Schubert, I can't prevent the summoning meta, so I stepped on it and kicked it for only one turn. Aria-san and Elegy-san, who have a lot of resistance even if their RBI is low, might be better.

At level 4, he has an exceptional ATK of 2300, but if he does Normal Summon, he will get summoning sickness, so the chances to make use of ATK will be limited to when he Special Summons in "Solo 1st Movement". The second effect is that it can't bypass the essential "Torrential Funeral" and "Bottomless Trap Hole", and there is no benefit to "Bloom Diva". 2300 RBI with summoning sickness. A monster with a nostalgic scent.
You can hit it immediately by ss, but I'm worried if you want to prioritize the resistance of Aria and Elegy.
The resistance given when it becomes a fusion material won't last forever, and it won't be able to prevent the abyssal torrent.
Even the Melodious Diva on the fusion axis seems to have a lower priority.

A level 4 monster with his high ATK. There is summoning sickness, but Special Summon does not cause summoning sickness.
However, should I really consider whether I should lose the resistance chance of Aria or Elegy just because I want to hit with 2300?
The second half of the effect cannot block the abyssal torrent during fusion summoning, which I want to prevent the most, and Bloom Diva is originally resistant.
