what you do is strong
If you read only the effect, it's Monster Reborn + Rank-up Quick-Play Spell, so it's a feeling that the conditions are tough.
It tends to be compared to Death Double, but it can be used to deal with effect destruction, has access to odd-numbered Raidraptors, and can be used for GY's Raidraptor X other than his destroyed Raidraptor X, so you won't have trouble differentiating it.

If you can manage the risk of being an accident card, you can use it because it has an attractive advantage.

RR-only RUM that can be RUed in response to effect destruction.
However, the conditions are troublesome. RR and X opponents with many resurrection methods will try not to destroy the opponent as much as possible, and you can activate it even if you destroy it yourself, but RR does not have a self-destruction tactic.
Even if it can be activated, it will only increase one rank...

In terms of battle destruction countermeasures, Death Double Force is also available, so the advantage of this card is only effect destruction countermeasures. Also, since it is a "destroyed turn", there is no need to activate it immediately after it is destroyed. One pack later than Revolution Force, this one also went to OCG.
As a matter of course, it is a card used to raise the rank of RR, but Revolution Force has a higher immediate effect for that purpose.
By searching and setting with Tribute, it is attractive to be able to check the opponent's turn, but Revolution also has a similar role.
It's excellent compatibility with Force Strix, which is easy to target because of its search effect, but there's no guarantee that the blaze you use will survive.
