《Snipe Hunter》's no rare series.

It can be used to interfere with the opponent's Synchro Xyz, but it can only be used on cards whose level has been changed.
For the time being, you can use it for your own monsters, and if you change it with something like Level Eater, you can use it, but since it's a dice, it's highly random and difficult to use for combos.
