Level 6 or higher is required and the activation conditions are honestly strict. As for the effect, he has a strong deck bounce, but even normal bounces work against EX opponents.

Deck Bounce itself is super strong, so it's a safe nerf.
The added requirement is that if you build his Yosenju Deck, you can meet it without any problems. Conversely, it can be said that it is a good adjustment because business trips are suppressed.

A card with effects similar to 《Degenerate Circuit》. Unlike over there, he bounces to the deck, so he's even more brutal, but the activation conditions are pretty strict. [Yosenju] and [Degenerate Circuit] have the worst compatibility, so there's no need to compare them, but it's definitely a card that's difficult to handle when you need a level 6 or higher [Yosenju]. The removal itself of returning it to the Deck is still strong, but I wonder if I can afford to put this card in addition to the gimmick that quickly summons a high-level "Yosenju".

Sawatari's Yosen Lost Tornado combo parts. Great Whirlwind has been weakened, but I can do without Great Whirlwind.
It goes without saying that Deck Bounce is powerful, but since it requires the maintenance of Advanced Yosenju and p Yosenju as a condition to activate it, the composition of the Deck has become constrained.
In the first place, how much effort should be put into maintaining this card, which has an effect that does not work on its own? If you just want to block the reuse, Degenerate Circuit is enough for most of his deck opponents.

Neo New Sawatari-san's deadly Yosen Lost Tornado's move.
Instead of being eliminated, so to speak, he was decked back (Degenerate Circuit).
Of course, Yosenju is out of target for him, so I combined it with Kamaichi Tachi and 《Yosen Whirlwind》. Besides that, 《Compulsory Evacuation Device》can turn into an even more brutal Deck Bounce.
However, the price of strength is the abnormal weight of the activation conditions. For him who is level 6 or higher, Yosenju is likely to be Oyamabiko, and Pendulum is likely to be Hidakama Shinbashira, but what about cards that don't work properly unless he uses almost all of Yosenju's deck gimmicks?
Considering that bounce is enough, it seems like a pretty fan Deck card.
