Salvage and draw doesn't hurt, but Fluffal isn't one to beat down on its own. It becomes a fusion material immediately, so it doesn't stand still.
Occasionally, there is only Fluffal Dog for the RBI of the bad push.
As such, it's probably not worth relying on this card right now.

However, he feels that Fluffal is more likely to become an instant fusion material, and less likely to become a stick.
