As always, the name of Normal Monster is interesting.Compared to people of the same scale, it doesn't have the Pendulum effect like Foucault, and it can't be summoned by itself like the Pendulum Magician.But its strength is that it has a hit point.General purpose Pendulum. . However, Foucault's 2200 is still high enough as an RBI, and if your opponent brings out a monster with 2200 or more, you can crush it with an Xyz such as Volca, that's all.
On top of that, Foucault is not so much in Xyz. He has spell/trap card removal, so he can turn around
Considering that Vanilla Pendulum has become even easier to decide, it's a strong card, but Vanilla Pendulum with P effects will come from overseas, so there may come a time when even Vanilla Pendulum Decks won't be necessary.

Compared to Foucault, ATK is higher, but the effect is confiscated.
