Accumulating counters is by no means impossible with GY that can be used multiple times with one card for effects that are not bound by names.

Konami's trend seems to be Field Spells with counters.
It's not difficult to save up, but the reward is subtle.
He beats side by side, so he's not a Deck, so I don't appreciate bumps, and Burn has decent multipliers, but he's not very sharp. Multiple exclusions don't target, but you'll be hit by Cyclone before you get that far.

Many of Symphonic Warrior's activation effects are loosely costed, making acoustic counters relatively easy to put on.
