I think the best way to use it is to use it on the opp and bring the correct scale at the end. I don't know if I can do it with one card in my hand.

If you don't care whether you can get level 2 or not, basically declare a high scale.
In particular, scales of 8 and above have many disadvantages, and it is interesting if you want to P-summon them.
But the problem is that without a P-card it's just a piece of paper, and it doesn't scale well enough to include it in the P-summoning deck.
You can also interfere with the opponent, but you can do that by hitting a cyclone...

Place 2 Magician in the P zone, set the scale to 10 and activate → 《Dark Magician of Chaos》P summon → Collect this... like.

The Pendulum Deck is convenient as it can be used both as a deployment aid and as a meta!

If you want to combine Trump Witch's Pendulum Fusion with Oppa, this is the card.
Currently, there is no way to secure a scale of 8 or higher with his general-purpose Pendulum, so if you rely on Ops for search, you will want this card if you want Ops on the field.
You can also interfere with your opponent's Pendulum, but I would like to give up that use to Cyclone and 《Spell Shattering Arrow》.
