RBI increase is 500, and just imposing attack restrictions on rank 4 or higher lacks influence.
If it's permanent, it's a different story, but if it's used up, at least the RBI will increase by 1000, and if it's rank 4 or higher, I'd like to have the negate effect.
It's a shame that the illustrations and card names are so interesting.
