With the effect of (1) placing a "Sprout" monster at the top of the Deck, by flipping it with the effect of another "Sylvan" monster, I think it's excellent that the effect of the "Sprout" monster can definitely be activated.
I think the level change effect of (2) is also perfect for assisting Xyz Synchro.

A "Sylvan" monster that has a deck top manipulation effect and a resurrection & level change effect.
Deck top manipulation effects can be reliably linked to effects when "Sprout" is flipped over. He also quietly flips decks.
At the time of releasing itself, the ad was lost, but since this card also has the effect of regaining the ad of Kamibu, as long as there is a deck flipping effect, it is unlikely that the ad will be lost as a result.
As for the level matching effect, it's very good to be able to use low grade "Sylvan" as a material for high rank X monsters like Oreia and Alsei, but since it can also be done with Pione that appeared later, it feels like it's role has been taken away.
I still think it's a card that can be used.

The cutest card from Sylvan. so cute The effect is also excellent, the effect on the field is his Deck top manipulation effect that releases himself to flip over his Deck top and send it to his GY, and then puts a "Sprout" monster on his Deck top. The effect in GY is a terrifying effect that can be any level. But both turned 1.
Sylvan new please.

The first effect triggers the effect of "Sylvan", while the "Sprout" of himself or Komei can be connected to the effect when he is flipped at the top of his deck. The second effect, in addition to self-revive, has a level adjustment effect, so you can aim for a high-rank Xyz. Both effects are excellent, and it will be a strong support for [Sylvan].

What is a "Sprout" monster when Sylvan's overall enhancement is needed
Is there anything to do before creating a new category?
In fact, it is a card that is active, but I can't help but lament the wreckage of the creator.

I want to punipuni my cheeks
An excellent girl who can do the flow of Sprout + Copipla with one body.
Other than that, she can move flexibly, and it is easy to connect to Oreia.
If it wasn't for Turn 1 of the same name, I'm sure it would have been a total mess.

Overseas idol card. Well grown.
Early effects are more about Sprouts at the top of his deck than flipping.
Both are groundwork for the intense effects sent from his Deck to his GY. That said, summoning this card for that purpose...does it feel like it?
My destiny is second. He's great at simply being able to deploy from GY Fertilizer, but he can move like Copy Plant, making him extremely useful against Xyz. If the situation is not in order, the first half effect is fine.
It will definitely be a new force for Sylvan.

Cute actually.
Level adjustment is also an effect he desperately wanted from Sylvan.
It's worth enough to use, but think carefully about the number of cards you use.
Can't loop, but powerful enough.

It's also quite different.
He is an overseas newcomer who covers Sylvan's weak points because his level is scattered. It's also good that he can be put on top of the deck when you want to activate it with the first effect. There is no doubt that he will have enough power to become the core of Sylvan from now on. Also cute.

cute
For the time being, I am very happy that Sylvan users brought in the ability to adjust levels that they would have wanted.
And if the first effect is also tampered with with a sacred peak or legia, it will be fine, and it will be good to be able to connect to the next.
Overall, I don't see any drawbacks, but I would like to be careful about limiting the number of times it can be used.

that? You have a great illustration ad. Is it really an overseas design?
The effect itself isn't broken, but it's very easy to use.
The point that you can adjust the level is ◎

Both of the two effects are convenient effects that are effective in small turns, and there is no explosive change, but a card that makes his Deck move smoothly.
As a drawback, the first effect is that the top of the deck will send non-plants, spells, and traps to GY, so there is a possibility that cards that can be fatal, such as herb increasers and greedy pots, will go to GY. It seems that the plants he can send to GY can be misused for something...

Did you grow from a sprout to a princess...
The trigger check in (1) requires a higher cost than the others, but it's not a bad effect that you can bring the trigger to both Kome and Hime-kun next time.
If it's just to prepare a trigger, then Reiho would be fine, but...
Well, why is this guy strong enough to become a super rare? It has to do with the trigger in (2).
The trigger effect is self-resurrection after changing the level. The problem was that his levels were scattered. He wanted Sylvan to change levels the most. What's more, it's a great one that will be prepared with a trigger.
Although it cannot be used for loops due to restrictions, it is a pretty good card for Sylvan.

Cute new Sylvan.
Like the original Sprout and Peace, both effects are pretty good, albeit with a once-per-turn limit.
The first effect is to release yourself and flip the top of his Deck into his GY. that? He sent the Spell Trap to GY without question.
And he put GY's original sprout or this sprout on top of his deck. Both sprouts perform pretty well when flipped, so they'll work well as deck lubes. Of course, you can put this released card on the top of the Deck as it is.
The second effect is level matching. A copy plant that can special summon, so to speak. I'm not weak.
Arsei and Oreia are a matter of course, but if Orcs and Lotuses are included, ranks 5 and 6 can be produced.
However, just like the original Sprout, it only comes once per turn, so plan accordingly.

cute (realistic)
Both effects are within a practical range, and it is quite dangerous to say that it is possible to easily match the level of the second effect. There are many cards that can be combined.
Due to its limitations, it can't be used excessively, but it shouldn't be too bad to put it in your Deck. Plan your use.
