As a low-level Gravekeeper, it currently has the highest RBI, and is completely resistant to 1800 under Necrovalley! Yeah, it doesn't look threatening at all.
Because of this resistance, Mr. Ukkari can't receive the enhancement of Necrovalley. Now 2500~3000 hit points come out in no time. Also, Necrovalley itself has no resistance, so that will be the target, and besides resistance, I don't see the value in maintaining this guy with about 1800 RBI for a long time.
Even if Necrovalley was strengthened, adoption would have been tough.
