If you want to deploy level 4 or lower cards from your hand, adding the summoning right with 《Catalyst Field》is enough.
It's easy to search over there because of Field Spell, and release reduction is possible.
It is doubtful whether this can be used more than once due to the conditions, so something like "Double Summon" seems to be fine.
