You can definitely remove it with an effect that can't be chained, but in the first place, Lightning doesn't activate it, so it's a little overpowered.
That being said, there is no doubt that it is better to remove it than to leave it as it is without activating it, but in that case it would be better to use it from the beginning even if it is a secret.
If you combo with Ashura's secondary arm, you can destroy everything, but it's a complete overkill, so it's not practical.

A good card for Psych Night Shot.
These cards are risky because the specified monster may be removed and spoiled. Even then, you have to intervene in the attack... then it's not a good story to be honest. Lightning, which can be stacked from Rank 4 Hope, has a blocking effect on attack reactions from the beginning.
Even if a card that says "Add a card with Hope in the text to your hand" comes out, it won't take precedence over Psychic.

But let's call it a feature of this card. If you do well, you can break multiple sheets...
