Regarding the level change effect, it is not bad because it acts as a bridge between 3-axis BK and GY's 4-axis BK, which is rare when this card was released and can refer to the exclusion zone.
It's level is 2, and you can SS it on your opponent's turn with 《Reinforce Truth》and put it on the wall.
However, since the 3rd axis is dead in the first place, it is difficult to make use of the effect, and it is difficult to rely on general-purpose rank 2-4X monsters due to the SS limit of 《Battlin' Boxer Switchitter》.
Also, this card itself doesn't have the ability to SS, so even if it's just a summoning right, it can be a cause of accidents with BK.
Since it is the only level 2 in BK, I think that if there is a support card like "SS for each BK monster with a different level", the value will increase dramatically.

It has battle destruction resistance, but basically it's a decoration considering that it can be immediately connected to Xyz. The only significance of adopting this in BK, which is centered on level 4, is that it makes it easier for cheat commissioners to come out. It's overshadowed by three good ones, but it's strong enough just to be hard to mix with a 4-axis Battlin' Boxer.
His Battlin' Boxer is the only one that supports Truth Reinforcement, so it's convenient as a material, and the effect is a nice thing that can target cheat commissioners who were hard to get with Battlin' Boxer until now. Although it is premised on the input per counter blow.
