It doesn't make sense to step on a summoning reaction type Trap card.

Keima's movement is special, so it's often used in shogi as well.
Summon → Set confirmation → If it's a Trap, destroy it → If he's level 3 from his hand, he'll be fine except for breaking Trap...
There are also useful cards such as TG Werewolf even for Tenki, and I can't deny the lack of dexterity.
The priority is low even among level 3, which is easy to do Special Summon, which is a fierce battlefield...
