The only medallion effect not related to the Heraldic Beast.
An effect called X-limited No-Cost Punishment. This kind of effect can be said in general, but it is an effect that is easily influenced by the changes of the times, and due to the rise of Link, the low versatility has become more noticeable than before.
Also, it can't react unless it's an effect that removes the X material, so it's not necessarily effective for all Xs.
For the time being, it can be searched with sublimation, and it is not a bad option because it is weak against returns, but there are many other things that you want to prioritize, so it is difficult to prioritize other negate cards. Walls of notices and bubble shadows will be too thick.

Divine Punishment specialized for anti-Xyz. It's perfect for people who have had their parents killed by Xyz who have a good presence, such as Opion, Lagia, and Pleiades.
In most cases, a warning at the time of summoning or generic removal will suffice.
It may be effective against trigger effects like Pleiades and Lagia, but even with perm, horns and divine punishment are more versatile.

The wall "Black Horn of Heaven" is too high and thick.
At first, I thought it would be good against Evilswarm because it wouldn't chain to generalization, but Black Horn is fine.
Compared to the Black Horn Flute, it has the advantage of being able to handle even if the second material is removed, but conversely, that's about it. Considering that it is normal to draw only one card from the moment it is put into play to the time the second material is used, it is weak as a differentiating point.
That one will destroy whatever kind of resistance they have, and since it doesn't meet the resurrection limit, it won't be revived with Xyz Reborn or the like.
In other words, it might be possible with a deck that draws a lot.

If you want to negate the effect, Divine Retribution will suffice.
If there are many opportunities to activate it, it is worth adopting, but it is faster to stop the summoning itself or remove it with "Compulsory Evacuation Device".

I don't think it's a bad card as it's reasonably useful in the Xyz meta, but I don't think it's a card that you can put in even if you take the side or main frame.
It's powerless against Lead Blow, whose ATK has already risen, and Opion Genome Helicopter, whose effects can be used without using materials...
It had nothing to do with crests, but with the advent of 《Augmented Heraldry》search became effective. Now that there are many troublesome monsters such as Butte and 101, is it worth adopting it as a crest even from the side?

In short, a divine punishment for XYZ. It's good that there's no cost, but it's not easy to use. Although it supports activation effects and trigger effects, it doesn't support permanent effects or "application of effects", which is a confusing text unique to Yu-Gi-Oh. .
Before that, there was also an excellent escape for the XYZ meta, which was inconvenient. What if a Heraldic Beast that can search for a Crest Spell Trap comes along?

The name is a coat of arms, but the coat of arms has nothing to do with it.
A card that serves as a divine punishment for Xyz only. It's just not that versatile.
It's true that almost all Xyz activation and trigger effects remove materials, but to put it the other way around, they are often powerless against permanent effects.
In that case, if you stack escape devices and abysses in the frame of this card, you can deal with permanent Xyz and non-Xyz.
It can't be said to be weak, but it's a position where the stronghold of general-purpose cards can't be broken.
