It's not that there's nothing you can do about using cards that can be destroyed when set, but it tends to be one step behind the promise, and the opponent knows it and there are plenty of ways to remove it. is vulnerable.
Even though it's a valuable effect, it makes me feel that it's more quirky, and I don't think it's worth it to use it even in decks that use Continuous Spell a lot.

Thanks to link summoning, I was able to aim to activate the effect immediately. Salvaging a Continuous Spell doesn't immediately activate it, but being able to set it on the field is an advantage. There are many cards like 《Wailing of the Unchained Souls》《Abyss Script 「Makai no Utage Tajo」》that can aim for effects even if set, so if you use them in his deck, they are cards that can be used at all.
Things seem to work.

Collecting GY's Continuous Spell is optional, but there's no point in using it as an Xyz material.
Since you can't use it on the turn you set it, you can have it face down and have your opponent send it to his GY, but the summoning right...
I can't find anything worth the effort in the current card pool, but it may come in at some point.

Set Continuous Spell from GY. In other words, compatibility with Fire Formation is outstanding. Well, the problem is that this card doesn't benefit from Fire Formation at all.
