Even if you catch Malicevorous, you can only aim at rank 2, and even if you catch a tuner, level 6 is often enough with 3 + 3.
Therefore, even if what you are doing is strong, it does not show that much influence...
It's a deployment effect that shouldn't be given to a deck that can aim for rank 4, but I think it's possible because it's level 2.
