You can't exchange cards unless you actually have 3 cards in your hand, and this card doesn't support 《Diamond Core of Koa'ki Meiru》. However, there is no turn 1, so if things go well, it is possible to hit 3 times in a row.

Although it's easier to secure the Steel Core with Vajra Core and Transfer Units, it's also painful that it's too unstable and prone to accidents as a draw source.
