Now that there are trackers and wielders that can be played even if there are no monsters on the opponent's field, it honestly feels like it's outdated.
There is also a way to create a rank 3 with "Scrap Recycler" that uses the effect, but it's a bit painful. For the time being, since it corresponds to "Machine Duplication", Link 4's him may be useful when setting up large monsters such as Link Monsters.

The biggest problem is that "the opponent's monster exists". Its stats that correspond to 《Machine Duplication》and 《Debris Dragon》are worthy of praise, so in decks with many Level 3 Machines, it can be used as an Xyz material.
