There is a romance that can raise the RBI of Kageki, Yariza, and Army General, but since these guys don't usually stay on the board in the final stage, it can't be said to be highly useful, and the performance itself is poor.
As it is often said, it is important to have the name of Rokumu, and you can create a counter generation method with a small number of 2 kizans.
It's possible to use a military general, but if you don't want to waste the original RBI, you don't want to waste the military general, or you have the name of Shien, it's easy to differentiate.

It is possible to raise Kageki to 3500 RBI, but it is meaningless to use the RBI change effect on this card itself. On the other hand, 2000 RBI is not enough for him to use for The Six Samurai card.
