Unlike the Thunder Seahorse, this one doesn't get talked about at all. It made me sad to see it being sold for less than one coin in shops. The effect is reasonably strong, but the difficulty is that the RBI is low. Even though the level 6 synchro was in a normal state, why did you put out a weak one again?
