Magic/Trap removal that doesn't involve destruction is valuable, but it's not as beneficial as monster removal, and I don't think it's worth it when you're looking for a specific card.
It's a trap, so it's one step behind for prone interference.

But since I'm sending it to GY, I can't use Staro, and I can ignore 《Imperial Custom》.
There are quite a lot of cards that are treated as sea, so I think it's easy to activate.

The effect has nothing to do with Mermail, but since it is an Abyss, it can be searched with Megalo.
The difference from Oarashi is that it is a trap. And send it to his GY instead of destroying it.
Although it doesn't have a quick effect, it can be used like a chain cycle during the opponent's turn.
And since I send it to GY, he is strong against Artifact and ignores Staro.
However, it is certain that it will not be stable because it needs the sea.
It probably won't make it into the Deck, but I don't think it's a weak card.

A card that allows you to create a "great storm" that doesn't involve destruction at the same cost as "Daedalus" or "Codarus". It's pretty good to be able to deal with permanent cards with destruction resistance and troublesome cards like Wild Tornado, but it's a trap card and you can't use it immediately after drawing it, and it's unstable as long as you want "sea". Certainly, it's going to be hard to prioritize over generic Spell/Trap removal cards after all.
