His Ancient Gear effect itself is weak at 1600 RBI in Handless, and Infe isn't his deck for low end combat power.

This card and Knight are the only Level 3 monsters that can be put out by the Necromancer's effect, so can it be used in a special build that emphasizes Rank 3...?
