EARTH is tied up, but it's not so strict because he has a lot of EARTH level 3, which is blessed with deployment power such as Hootcake, Crane, and Junk Forward.
You can use materials to seal Set Cards, but now that Friche is the mainstream, I want to do this kind of effect before deploying. It's hard to say that it's useful because his stats are poor and he doesn't have a lot of space.
The resurrection effect has a wide range of targets, but since it's a defense, it can't basically follow up and requires battle destruction, and as mentioned above, the essential combat power is poor.
I don't think the combination of the two effects is bad per se, but it feels like it's not keeping up with inflation, and I think it's hard to prioritize even if it's not tied down.
