You can expand your hand and completely revive without level restrictions, and there are many support you can receive because it is level 1.
But the conditions are tough. It becomes quite difficult to use together with popular monster hand triggers such as Urara, and if summoning sickness occurs, it has elements that do not match the current environment.
It's not as easy to bring as this card, but there are many other generic resurrects that don't have any special conditions, especially for beasts, Ayers Rock Sunrise.
I don't think it's an excellent card to compliment. The value of twisting your head and operating it is also subtle.

Even though GY's monsters are only Beasts and there are restrictions on not being able to attack, Beasts can be used without level restrictions.

Strong beast support. It is powerful to immediately put a large Beast smoldering in your hand and GY into play. Since this card is level 2, it works well with One For One, and if you use Kinka Neko, you can reuse it every turn.
However, the difficulty is that you have to unify his deck with minor beasts, so you can't effectively use the extra deck. I want to be able to always surpass the opponent's RBI with unity and 《Horn of the Phantom Beast》
