Just negate it with a passive design. Evilswarm would appreciate it if it was removed. It's a deck of his that doesn't let the opponent deploy much. It doesn't sound right.

Since the effect has to go through battle, it is quite passive. I want to fight with Evilswarm support. Also, since ATK is 500 or less, it can be used as a blaze cannon bullet.

However, it's a very plain effect for a passive, and no matter how high the defensive power is, it's not enough to just negate the effect and think of it as a mine. It's a rare combination of DARK and Pyro, but there aren't many things that can be put to good use other than "Blaze Cannon".
