A counterpart to 《Testudo erat Numen》, this is a system monster that seals the SS of monsters with ATK of 1800 or less.
This is effective against the deck that deploys the material for Special Summon to the field by SS, and since it also has RBI, it is excellent in that it can take LP.
You can gain an advantage by using large monsters from your hand or Deck to SS from your main Deck, or by directly bringing large monsters into play by means such as Fusion or Ritual.
However, this has become a high-class monster, and I feel that it is not possible to put it on the field with Tribute Summon, so I need some kind of assistance to bring this monster into play, whether it is NS or SS. It's pretty hot.
I don't have any complaints if it's a suitable restraint, but I don't think it's possible to do that alone, so it feels like a difficult monster.

Tribute is unnecessary when Atlantis is in play, so aim for that combo when hiring.
If you line up with your future self, you can completely shut out Special Summon.
That said, since his Special Summon, which is the most important high RBI monster, can't be stopped, it's not a card I'd bother to use.
