It's nice to raise the level of all the monsters on the field, but if you ask me if I'm going to use the summoning right. If it's Synchro, it's fine to use a Level 4 monster in the first place, and even if it's Xyz, it's very difficult to add a Rank 2 to the Extra with this card.

First of all, in order to use the effect effectively, it is necessary to develop it in advance = there is no time to use the summoning right for this card = it will be one tempo late until the star is raised, and it is not possible to assert that the material can be saved = will not be used.
That said, being able to aim for a rank 5 Xyz with a 4 star low grade beat is quite interesting.
That's why I don't bother to use it, but I have Drill Jumbo and this card floats.

I was able to make No. 92 out of 3 ☆ 8 characters that were deployed with Dakuri, so I gave it a lenient evaluation.
