Comprehensive evaluation: If you use 《Timebreaker Magician》together, you can bounce every turn, but it's the highest grade and its performance is lacking.
You can freely decide the positional relationship when returning the monster.

But as expected, it's inefficient to have one in one turn.

Winged Beast has many recruiting and reviving methods, but the card power is a little too low for the highest level, which is below the Monarch line and has only one removal activation effect.
For some reason, it has a column movement effect like an ink stain, but since you can only use one of them in one turn along with the removal, it's a subtle pressure to the opponent. In the first place, I think it's a card that will protect you from your opponent until the next turn.
At least I can't say that I touched all the rows like Tiamaton, but I think I could have managed a little more.

Advanced monster that can bounce the card in front
Since you can put it in front of your opponent's card, you can bounce it once with confirmation. Anyway, you won't use the effect more than once, so you can forget about the moving effect.
It's not a weak card by any means because it pops out at the mystery gate and removes one regardless of whether it's a monster Spell Trap or not.

It's a miserable performance for its weight, but it's blessed with Level 7, Winged Beasts, and WIND, so it might be possible to use it a little with a Deck that uses Damurg, Ninja, or Swa Rose Nest.
Once in a while, you can bring back the monsters. Due to their nature, they probably wouldn't let me use it for the second time.

2300 RBI despite being the highest grade. After moving, the bounce effect cannot be used, and so on. The wind Monarch riser is much stronger. At the very least, all straight lines bounce, and both effects can be activated, so it's like 2 points. But needless to say, it's almost impossible to keep this monster until the next turn.

It's convenient that one bounce is almost guaranteed in the turn you put it out, but it's a problem that it takes more than two turns after the second one, and if you want to bounce two, you have to wait three turns on your turn. Until then, spending cards to protect this is clearly not worth it.
For the time being, if the opponent lined up the cards in a straight line, it would only take 2 turns, but there are restrictions on the cards that bounce, and the charm of Spell Trap Bounce is weak.
That's what we do at the highest level. After all, revival and nesting are the main ones, but GY sending is an attribute that I'm not good at, and nesting is an excellent and relatively easy-to-use level 7 bird and beast and one card in hand, so it's not worth it.
If it was a lower grade, the opening bounce was in demand as an excellent guy, and even if the opening bounce was banned by some means, well, it seems that the fans will be able to master it. It doesn't take much to get it out.

And the low hitting point of level 7 is also a tough place. There is no resistance, so you can't expect it to be in the field at all. I thought that a one-hit wonder would do the job somehow, but there is a more powerful bounce CIP effect called "Simorgh, Bird of Ancestry" in his WIND. The Ancestor Divine Bird is limited to his Tribute Summon, so we have to make use of the Special Summon...

If you use it in combination with 《Senet Switch》, I think you can make use of the effect to some extent.
