Comprehensive evaluation: 《Leotaur》is enough if the level is not considered, and there are 2000 《Gene-Warped Warwolf》from the beginning.
You can use 《Gene-Warped Warwolf》with ATK 2000 from the beginning.
《Leotaur》can do almost the same movement when aiming at monsters other than Normal Monsters, and it is also strong on the return turn.
It might be possible to finally make use of it by using 《Level Limit - Area B》, which imposes restrictions on level 4 and above.
