Rogues have been unable to keep up with the times since the beginning of their appearance, so I feel that this guy with a removal range lower than that is quite severe.
However, as has already been said, his Evilswarm name tends to be lacking in removal, so there are many situations where it is useful to use Ping as well.
It's just a problem that I can't help relying on this, which can't be said to have high performance.
