Comprehensive evaluation: Chain 3 can be generated repeatedly by making full use of monster trigger effects, etc., and you can aim for a large amount of draws in one turn.
If you play this card and stack 3 chains, you can easily achieve and kill with Saryuja Skull Dread.
With the movement of Ofliss Darling Seraphy Trick Clown, 4 bodies were deployed, Link 2 was put out, and then Seraphy's additional summons revived 《Junk Synchron》summoned 《Junk Converter》.
"Saryuja Skull Dread" is Link Summoned, and its effect makes this card a Special Summon.
If you use Junk Synchron and Converter to send Botenko to Skaldet's link, Converter, Botenko, and Skaldet will chain 3 and draw 1.
If you put out Halifiber with Tuner revived by Boutenkou and Converter, Halifibre, Boutenkou, and Skaldet will become Chain 3 again and draw one.
Use Halifayre and Orion to send Troymare Unicorn to Skaldet's link and chain 3 again.
This draws 3 cards and nulls.
There may be a better way, but I'll put it together for the time being in the form I came up with.

A card whose effect activation condition is to stack a few chains.
When chain 3 is assembled, it can be processed in reverse order and then 1 draw is possible. Since this effect itself is equivalent to one chain, you can draw infinitely by lining up Lightning Punisher, which activates the same effect, and Light and Darkness Dragon, which is famous for its stray judgment, but honestly, it's nothing but romance.
Fairy is easy to deploy even at high level due to Valhalla, but compared to Tethys, Goddess of Light, a high level angel that also has a draw effect, it takes a lot of effort to draw 1.
On the other hand, in the Chain Burn system, which doesn't use Fairy very often, there are a few ways to get this high-level, and I think it's better to load other draws in that slot.

The effect is not bad, but with Fairy that can accelerate the draw, the wall of 《Tethys, Goddess of Light》stands in the way. Even for decks that load chains, it is difficult to adopt because it is a high grade. RBI isn't bad, but it's not so strong with Fairy, which is easy to Special Summon.

Fairy's Droso is better, and even Chain Burn can't put such a heavy card, so it's basically for a dedicated deck.
Some people may use it because the dedicated deck is full of dreams and romance.

It's also an advanced Fairy with 2400 RBI, but it's impossible to use it as a Fairy because it has 《Tethys, Goddess of Light》, which is a better draw source for draw acceleration.
Chain Burn requires a large amount of chaining at once due to the existence of 《Chain Strike》・《Accumulated Fortune》, so it doesn't mesh well with this card's conditions.
If I were to use this card, would he be a Deck type who uses 《Blast Asmodian》, which piles up small chains? You can regain some of the advantage that wears out to form a chain. 　
However, it is difficult to maintain in the field because it is advanced and difficult to deploy and has no resistance. It's not even a flattering card that's easy to use.
It seems that you can draw infinitely by combining with Dragon of Light and Darkness, Lightning, Punisher, but it's superlative x 2 advanced x 1, so it's a dream combo.
