His passive Evoltiles (Gehiroth and Westro) mostly put out his Evolsaur in the damage step, so this card doesn't do much.
On top of that, he's Evoltile→Evolsaur→Evolzar and other Xyz, so if something happens to him when he's Xyz summoned, he's useless.
Hiring will be tough.
