Overall Rating: Summoning without release will earn you an extra draw, but his other Fiends are better.
It is possible to draw 1 even if you summon using 《Mausoleum of the Emperor》or 《Sinister Yorishiro》.
However, using other superlative fiends will give you more benefits than draws.
It doesn't support support like 《Doomdog Octhros》.

Special Summon is not possible at all, and it is the highest grade and a little heavy. If you succeed in summoning it, you will get 1 draw, but you need to release 2, so the disadvantage is bigger.
It doesn't have to be a Tribute Summon, so it can be activated even if it's a Death Emperor Monarch or a demon.
I would like to make use of such a support, but it is vanilla after summoning because it only has high-level stats in its superlative habits, and the need to handle such an unwieldy, low-spec card just for one draw is not necessary. Honestly none.
There will be many other excellent people.

1 draw is good, but level 7 where Special Summon is not possible. Moreover, the RBI is 2400, which is the same level as a high-class monster, and it is out of the question. As a point that can be followed for the time being, it is possible to draw 1 even if summoned with "Mausoleum of the Emperor" or "Sinister Yorishiro".
