It's hard to say that it will be very useful as it has poor stats and a card that doesn't directly affect it. It's a problem when it comes to hand, and because of its low level, it's hard to aim for a strong synchro. Well, Vylon doesn't have the deployment power itself...
However, the Equip Spell replacement effect is very powerful. It can handle various situations because it can be selected according to the case and situation. This effect can be used in unusual places, such as the reuse of 《Supervise》. (Though less practical)
If you put more than one, it will cause an accident, so even if you put it in, two is the limit. If you want to put out Omega, it's best to put it out via Delta Sphere Tetra.

What he does is a pseudo-salvage of the Equip Spell. The Equip Spell can harvest anything and works well with mage powers, so it's a pretty good effect, but it still pales in comparison to his other Vylon tuners. If you are aiming for Omega, you can consider hiring

It's an optional effect, but since it's a "case", you can't miss the timing, so even if it's used for Synchro, the effect will be activated.
Equip Spell Salvage isn't bad either, but it's Machine Duplication compatible and a 1-star tuner, so you can get Sigma + Sphere = Epsilon + Sphere + Sphere = Omega.
It's a bit difficult, but Omega is powerful, so I definitely want to aim for it.

You can aim for Omega Advent with Sphere x 2 in Epsilon. I want to get Epsilon by multiplying the remaining one with 7.

Loading the Equip Spell isn't too bad, albeit with hazards like cyclones.
In addition to GY's Vylon exclusive equipment, I think it's easy to use that it properly supports his strong Equip Spells such as unity and mage.
By the way, the only optical mechanical tuner is level 1. I wonder if there is room for consideration when creating a Cyber style.
