In the game work, he can be created by fusing a turtle monster and a rock, and he is an ordinary Aqua / WATER advanced vanilla monster.
In Season 1, one Tribute had a defense of 2200, which was the second highest defensive power after "Millennium Shield". I have the impression that it was tough.
At 2200, even if it's strengthened at sea, it can't block Summoned Skull's attack, so why not use low-grade monsters with 2000 DEF...
If the offense and defense were reversed, I could have been the main attacker of the sea in the first season, but is it unreasonable to demand that from a monster whose name and illustration are characterized by stubbornness?
I kept the Recruiter line, but because of his unnecessarily high ATK, his level goes up by one and he can't reduce the release with Atlantis, so there's nothing good about it.

Comprehensive evaluation: There is no opportunity to make use of high defensive power.
As for WATER, 《Neo Aqua Madoor》exists, and if you look at Aqua, 《✪ 30,000 Year Old White Turtle》can be released with 《A Legendary Ocean》.

Advanced Normal Monster of WATER Aqua.
The rock element seems to be strong, but as it is WATER Aqua, the turtle element is overwhelmingly stronger.
A Level 6 Normal Monster that corresponds to 《Chaos-End Master》is quite rare, but there is also a corresponding card with higher defense than 《Neo Aqua Madoor》.
