In the first place, this monster was the only Reptile above advanced level in the first season.

Monarch is a status reference category, not a name, so it will never be used.
It has the same attack and defense as "Dungeon Worm", and at the cost of 500 defense, his ATK is the same, one level lower, and it's a little sad that it's less useful than Gagagigo, which has a different name recognition.
