Appearing in season 1, he is a human armed with firearms, and he doesn't seem to be a machine himself. He is DARK's machine monster.
The total stats are 50% above the standard value for a level 2 monster, but it was safely sent out as a level 2 monster.
Even with monsters like this, he is not EARTH, he is DARK.
《Science Soldier》with similar stats and full armour, which will appear later, is a normal Warrior monster.
In True DM2, he is given the ability to strengthen the entire Machine when he is in Defense Position, and finds the significance of being a Machine.

Comprehensive evaluation: The status is halfway and there is almost no use.
As a Normal Monster, 《Dharma Cannon》has a higher ATK and less meaning to use this one.
It may not be compatible with 《Machine Duplication》.
By the way, a rocket launcher and a bazooka are both portable rocket launchers, so they're the same thing, Dana.
Due to its appearance, the bazooka is often misunderstood as "a large-caliber cannon that can be carried and fired", so it seems that the text has been written to equip two of the same item.

It might be better to call him "Honda" rather than "Commander".
