This is the first and last Yu-Gi-Oh card with a unique illustration rating of 10.

Since it is a level 4 Normal Monster, it corresponds to 《Rescue Rabbit》.

Even at the time when Shin DM was released, when the world was still relatively tolerant of eros, it was a monster with an irresistible hesitation to make it into a 3D model.
