It somehow reminds me of the Ka*ryu clan of Po*mon, but it also has and as evolution destinations.
The only non-tuner vanilla level 2 dragons are this guy and 《✪ Yamata No Ryu Emaki》.
That one has a higher RBI, but this one deals with 0 fusion soldiers, so I wonder if it can't be differentiated.

《Advanced Ritual Art》GY Fertilizer on the Dragon axis seems to be worth adopting as a low-grade normal dragon frame.
