Overall Rating: Highest ATK among Pyro Normal Monsters, but better with Effect Monsters.
It's a Pyro, not a Dragon, and it doesn't make sense to use Normal Monster support together because of the lack of support.

His ATK is 2200 with his Pyro's advanced vanilla monster included in the 2nd season pack which dramatically improved the quality of his Normal Monster.

On the other hand, is it higher than Flame Cerberus?

It boasts the highest RBI among vanilla Pyro. Still, it's an ability that's a bit unreliable. Because of the existence of Testaros, it's unnecessary. Release Topheni and summon this card. If you recruit Guard of Flamvell, you can become 《Ancient Flamvell Deity》. You can do the same thing with Testaros, but Testaros' Discard doesn't work well with Ancient Flamvell Deity. He also has level 6 Pyro like Hazy Flame, but this one has the advantage of being compatible with the search card Summoner's Art. They also have Cerberus.

He used to be Pyro's best RBI monster. His vanilla Pyro still has the best RBI. However, 2200 RBI is not an overly reliable number, and it is unlikely to be of much value at this point. If you want to adopt it, you need to take advantage of the fact that you can easily shoot it with "Fire Spirit Art". The illustrations are pretty cool though.

FIRE Pyro's advanced Normal Monster.
Dragon would have been rated higher than Red Dragon by now because it was level 6.
The name and flavor are clearly Dragon, but he's Pyro. See the evaluation and guess whether it is happy or unhappy.
It should be noted that Pyro has the highest RBI of any of his Normal Monsters.

Pyro was unlucky during this period, and he was Pyro's best RBI until Testaros came out.
