However, as for its performance, despite being a Continuous Trap that can only be used as a meta for attack declaration against a specific race declared at the time of activation, its maintenance cost sacrifices one monster on your field for each standby phase. It has become quite heavy to dedicate to.
Is it really worth sacrificing your comrades to keep the rule of not fighting yourself?
Even when used against race-unified decks, since most of the decks used EX monsters of different races after the introduction of S summoning, it often does not work as a meta.
Considering the strength of the effect, there were many other permanent meta traps that should have had the maintenance cost of 《Imperial Order》and 《Royal Oppression》. .

A card that can be used in Shadow Dystopia. You can eliminate the opponent's monster while stopping the opponent's attack. If you release your own monsters, you can get Diabolos, and you can collect release factors every turn, so I think it's a good matchup. If you want the heavy cost of one release, I think you should also add negate effect.

Even if the attack declaration is prohibited, if the effect can be used, there is no point in the current Yu-Gi-Oh. Since it is limited to only one race and has a maintenance cost, it is not as useful as an ordinary card.
It would be better to simply adopt a shielding sword or 《Threatening Roar》.

However, it is a drawback that it can be easily broken by Synchro, Xyz Monster, etc.
Worst of all is the upkeep cost of sacrificing your own monsters every turn, which is very difficult to cover in a rock deck.

Blocking one race's attacks is pretty deadly for category cards.
However, the main problem is the maintenance cost.
Since it cannot be maintained unless it is released, it does not fit well with the Rock Deck, so it is far from the Four Kings of Rock.
Also, since it only binds one race at the time of activation, there are cases where it can be avoided by Synchro Xyz with other races, so maintenance and defense are a little uneasy...
