Comprehensive evaluation:《✪ Angel Of Birth》is better.
It doesn't support 《Chaos-End Master》・《Nova Summoner》, and loses in terms of lack of support.

RBI is 100 lower
Since the racial attribute is the same as Shingen's, you can split Rivalry of Warlords or Gozen Match with Tilas (or Seraphy if you have a conflict).
